When the Miracle Workerz won the Championship Chairman's Award, FIRST Chief Marketing Officer, John Marchiony, discussed with them an upcoming event considered a matter of national security. The Miracle Workerz were invited to Washington, District of Columbia, on April 30, 2007, to meet President George W. Bush!

In addition, the Miracle Workerz attended a Congressional reception. What an honor! This day was also a great opportunity for the new Chairman's Award Video team to capture footage on video!
